2003 -> Mary and her now new husband Bob Gordon send Wade threatening letters through their new attorney Elise Clowes of Carr & McClellan of Burlingame

2002 -> Mary and her boyfriend Bob Gordon slander Wade to his minister Dr. Bob Kaufman. Bob Gordon leaves threatening messages on Wade's answering machine. Wade requests mediation through Peninsula Conflic Resolution. Mary refuses.

2001 -> Petition for injunction: Mary Paglieri, plaintiff, Wade Leschyn defendant, Superior Court of San Mateo County case 064642. Case ended in a mistrial, temporary restraining order against Wade expired.

1999 October -> Mary dismisses Wade from the Little Blue Society board of directors. Improper notification of first ever meeting of board, Wade has no chance to meet with the other directors (Mary, her brother and her brother's friend Michael.) Mary tells Wade she witheld from Michael Morgan the information that she and Wade were even involved in a personal relationship presumably leading Michael to his "advice": Letters from Michael Morgan and The Little Blue Society Board of Directors. Note: Michael Morgan passed away February 17, 2003.

1997 -> Mary has other problems with other people: Petition for injunction: Peter Uccelli, plaintiff, Mary Paglieri defendant, Superior Court of San Mateo County case 402248. Mr. Uccelli won a permanent restraining order against Mary prohibiting her presence at Pete's Harbor for three years.
