Dear Mr. Leschyn,
This letter is to inform you of the recent decision made by the Board of
Directors of Little Blue Society. You were given prior notice via email and
phone message of the annual meeting October 13, 1999, at Lyon's Restaurant
in San Carlos, at 7:30 PM.

Discussion of the domain name for the corporation was the first item of
business on the agenda. As you well know, on August 9, 1999, without the
specific authorization of the Board of Directors, you registered a domain
name on behalf of this corporation, naming yourself as the registered owner
of the domain "littlebluesociety.org".

Upon motion duly made and seconded, It was unanimously

RESOLVED, that you are to promptly perform those acts necessary to assign
the domain name to the Chief Executive Officer, Mary A. Paglieri, for use by
the corporation. You will be reimbursed for the cost of registration upon
presentation of the receipt.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that you are removed from the Board of Directors of Little
Blue Society.

Mr. Leschyn, it is our hope that you will make the change that is requested
on the domain registration without much ado. We will expect your response
within 10 days of this letter. Your noncompliance will only result in the
understanding that your motives are to do damage to this corporation, and to
usurp any present or expected corporate opportunities. And such a clear and
egregious violation will be met with immediate legal action.
